BL6-KNT Black Knight Heavy BW

The BL6-KNT Black Knight was introduced as a command machine that could also operate effectively as a front-line combat vehicle. It fulfulls this role admirably. The walker's visual appearance was designed to appear fearsome as well as inspiring, befitting its role as a command machine. It was fashioned after an old Corellian Knight, right down to the angled 'helmet' making up the head assembly, and the breastplace, greaves, and leg armoring. The sensors are some of the most advanced available, and the Knight also features an advanced communications array.

Weaponry is formidible. A powerful PPC is mounted on the right arm, while a pair of heavy laser cannons are placed in the shoulders. Four medium laser cannons back them up, two in the left arm and one on each side of the chest. Finally, a rotary blaster, along with an anti-missile system, are secreted in the head.

Armor consists of 0.75 meters of Class B ablative, enough to take a few volleys from vehicle-class turbolaser cannons or a several dozen volleys from an AT-AT.
