The CRD-5M Crusader is a long-range missile platform with front-line combat capability. Its twin LRM-15 packs give it the range to bombard targets from long distances, while the blaster cannons and SRM's allow it to deal damage from up close. Two light repeaters protect it from infantry and the new AMS defends it from missiles.
Armor consists of 0.75 meters of Class B ablative, enough to take a few volleys from vehicle-class turbolaser cannons or a several dozen volleys from an AT-AT.
