Conquered by Emperor Xal Shun in 5 BBY, Cirric was an industrial but pre-spaceflight world that occasionally had contact with Ebruchi pirates. After a brief resistance, most of the Saar-melaa natives opted to become part of the ISE and thus ensure their own survival. They made themselves indispensable and reaped the rewards: Cirric was and continues to be the backwater sector's most developed world. After a brief rule by the Bandit Kingdoms, Cirric was liberated by the Jade Worlds and the Sandian Imperial League; later, as part of the Outreach Sector, it became part of the Jade Empire.
