[edit] Description

The planet of Decuu held the immense Decuu Arms facilities, where weapons and vehicles en masse were produced and tested out each year. It also holds Fort Decuu, which trained the Armoured formations of the Confederated Army.

Decuu was the homeplanet of the Decuri, and was heavily industrialized. It had a population of 11.750.000.000, most of which were Decuri, and worked in the weapons industry in one form or another.

The planet had standard gravity, and average temperature was around 20 degrees Celsius. A Decuu day lasted about 24 hours, while a Decuu year lasted about 360 standard days.

Decuu was ruled by Planetary Governor Arun Chi'il, the Decuri owner of Decuu Arms. He was well liked by the population.

[edit] History

Decuu was the ancestral birthplace of the alien species known as the Decuri, and was the Capital World of the Decuu Empire between 2,200 BBY and 1,000 BBY.

Decuu was attacked several times during the 200 year long War of Lost Souls - a struggle between the Decuu Empire and the Fuller Republic, which cost billions of lifes on each side with no real gains, but the attacks were all repelled.

When the Black Star Confederacy was declared at the end of the 30 year long Unification War - essentially a civil war between Loyalist Fuller and Decuu forces on one side, and Rebel Decuu forces on the other - Decuu lost its status as a Capital World in favor of the planet Fuller.

Over the next thousand years, it was heavily expanded. Industry flourished, and as mining tools got better, the world was slowly stripped of its natural resources. The last few places still holding natural resources were declared Sanctuaries in 296 BBY, and mining operations moved to other worlds.

Decuu was an almost sacred place to the Confederacy, home to over 11 billion people.
