The Dragon-class Battlecruiser was a cooperative project between Sandia, the Black Star Confederacy, the Jade World Survivors, and the High Templar of the Sandian Empire. This class represented the pinnacle of ISA engineering. Only two vessels of this class were built: the Red Dragon, which was in the possession of Sandia, and the Black Dragon, which was in the possession of Fuller.
