Felicity is a hot headed youth, daughter of two very influential members of House Calipsa in the Tapani Sector. She'd always been quite the rascal growing up and though her mother had high hopes that she would eventually grow out of it she was sadly mistaken. It seemed the older she got the more rebellious she became. She hated high society and all the emphasis placed on acting proper and did whatever she could to be disruptive. She started fights with other noble children, ran away from home several times, hid from all of her instructors and was even caught painting graffiti on the other noble's houses.
