The Terror Walker is the front line Mandalorian Walker, and lives up to its name, being a Terror on the battlefield. Faster and tougher than its Imperial counterpart, it is not commonly used by the Mandalorians, whom prefer to use armoured troops and starfighter attacks to defeat an opponent.
However, the Xen'Chi Invasion resulted in the Mandalorians using this walking beast on several battlefields, as can be witnessed during Operations: Dissection and Hammerfall. It was recognized that the Terror Walker would be a necessary component to victory against the Xen'Chi through the utilization of brute force. The result was a successful series of battles that ended in the Mandalorians' favor, thanks in part to the heavy firepower support that these walkers provided.
