The Gnome Assault Suit is the ultimate in battle-armored infantry. While cumbersome and heavy, it packs much more firepower than a normal trooper could ever manage. Speed is whatever the wearer is capable of running, but while the suit's prohibitive bulk and weight are mostly offset by the advanced servos, the agility and dexterity of the wearer is still mariginally reduced. The jump radius is only 60 meters, tiny compared the other suits, but still much farther than the average infantryman can jump. The wearer's strength, however, quadrupled.

Weaponry is formidable. A two-tube mini-proton missile launcher with two reloads is mounted on the back, similar to the unit Imperial Spacetroopers use. The weapons hardpoints on each arm can hold: a heavy blaster cannon, a miniaturized version of a Gauss Rifle, paired heavy repeating blasters, a massive battle claw with an underslung heavy repeating blaster, or fully-articulated five-fingered (or fitted to a particular species' number of digits) hand with a pair of light repeating blasters mounted on the forearm. Any MMA-manufactured weapon may also be mounted. Armor is the heaviest available, Class One, capable of sustaining a direct hit from an Imperial AT-AT walker with minimal user injury.

As will all the suits, Gnome armor includes a built-in medpack which automatically diagnoses a wound and administers drugs and treatment. Another feature is the 'syntharmor', a lighter version of the harjel used by MMA capital ships. Syntharmor is a black, tarry substance that is released to seal any armor breaches. This substance hardens upon contact with air and provides some minimal protection against further injury.
