The Guardians of Life were initially founded founded by the brothers Guan and Jerik Blackthorne, and Caius and Xanic Wyn. Taught to defend the ideals and members of the Jedi Order, as well as the galaxy and life within it as a whole, even at the expense of their own life, this path was considered to be incredibly dangerous, even more so than that of a "typical" Jedi.
