History[]
Old Republic[]
During the old Republic the Krath was started by bored nobles seeking to create a secret society and a way out of their dull lives. They had little influence until the ghost of a dead Sith taught their founders the way of Sith Magic. the cult slowly evolved into a powerful galactic entity until it was put down by the combined forces of the Jedi and the Republic. Even in defeat the cult had not completely died out and instances were Jedi and Republic forces clashed with remnants of the cult throughout history were numerous .
Reformation[]
The current reformation of the Krath was created by Sarin Keto and his distant cousin Liora Keto mimicking the creation of the original order. Both were avid collectors of artifacts and antiquities and soon found themselves corrupted by the latent power of the artifacts.
As a Religion[]
The modern version of the Krath worship the fictional Magician god Krath, their namesake, as a representation of the Dark Side of the Force. They follow many old sith traditions dating back thousands of years and perform rituals in order to enchant items with the dark side of the force. In the possession of the Krath are a number of Sith Amulets and scrolls in addition to ancient armor and other dark side imbued objects.
Members[]
Members of the Krath are sorcerers who have pieced together techniques from artifacts, scrolls, and other sources, using sith amulets powerful illusions along with other Sith Magic. Female members are called Death Witches.
