Named after the Kimogila of Lok, the M12-L Kimogila Heavy Fighter is the heaviest in MandalMotors' line of snubfighters. Though it lacks the speed and maneuvering capabilities of its predecessors, its ability to cause wanton slaughter could outweigh these factors.
The Hutt crime organization, having set their sights on uncontested domination of the Galaxy's space smuggling and pilot/mercenary economies, turned to MandalMotors for yet another custom starship. The M12-L is a long-range multi-role starfighter with exceptional weapons capabilities and superb defensive systems. The numerous gun emplacements available aboard the M12 "Kimogila" allow it to serve as a heavy fighter, while its generous torpedo capabilities allow it to play the role of a 'bomber' in special circumstances. Due to its flexibility, this starfighter enjoyed a high degree of popularity among the free mercenaries in Dathomir and Endor.
The "Style 1" Kimogila features one wing per side, while the "Style 2" design features 2 wings per side, stacked on top of each other.
New Mandalorian Crusade[]
Following the reunification of the Mandalorian Clans, MandalMotors was approached by Mandalore Cadden Blackthorne, whom then instructed them to begin producing these fighters to include in the New Mandalorian Crusade.
