Min-Tulskar Corp was formed by businessmen Aldros Min and Gillan Tulskar as a transportation company that manufactured and shipped personal goods and items. They set themselves up as a small, yet successful, operation whose main clientele were the rich and powerful.
The company was, at some point, approached by the Illusive Man, who made an offer to them in exchange for their services and income. While the details of the offer remained unknown, it was enough to establish a relationship between Min-Tulskar and the Triad. Because of this, they were able to increase their own operations, though at greater risk to their business's integrity.
In 9 ABY, the company was identified by the bounty hunters Cadden Blackthorne and Dahdtoudi for shipping illegal cargo known as Chronic.
