Wilsh Nelor was born on Gelefil in 657 BBY, and from an early age displayed a high aptitude in mechanics. Using his species' longevity, the Anoo-dat Blue made his reputation as a droid mechanic and quickly became a recongizable individual in the industry. Moving from company to company, learning various tricks of the trade, Wilsh eventually broke off and formed Nelor Cybernetics in 21 BBY in the Outer Rim Territories, on the surface of Camdan.
From there, Wilsh rose to power and became a well-respected businessman. Known for providing refurbished droids, it was not until about 19 BBY that he began creating his own class of droids. By 17 ABY, Wilsh became a well-known individual in the sales and leasing of various droids to various agencies galaxy-wide.
Wilsh speaks only in his native language, though is quite capable of speaking Basic. As such, he always has a protocol droid accompanying him to provide translation to his clients.
