Xhander is a typical Falleen, but much more trustworthy than his kin. Strong and capable, he had been, for some time, branded a criminal by several law enforcement officials. A bounty had been placed on his head by Falleen Warlord Xzuhal, who had every intention to rebel against Republic control and create an independent Falleen nation-world. His plan would have succeeded, had Cadden Blackthorne and his comrades not intervened.

Xhander incapacitated Xzuhal in a melee showdown, whereupon a former officer of the dreadnaught Peacekeeper announced the execution of the warlord only a few minutes later, when Xzuhal attempted to kill Xhander. Distracted, Xzuhal's attention toward the former officer and his three companions allowed Xhander the time and strength to lock the warlord's head in his arm and, with a swift motion, Xhander broke Xzuhal's neck.

Since then, Xhander has returned to the life of a free man, yet some still remember his bounty on his head, which could easily cause complications for the Falleen, longing for a life free of prejudice. As such, in several systems, he is still marked as a criminal and outlaw, even though the bounty that was on his head has now been terminated, due to his less-than-conventional means to stay alive while the bounty was in effect.
