Zietra the Hutt has spent the past 200 years on an ice world. Whereas Zietra may not personally prefer the cold weather, many of the guards and others in Zietra's palace do.
Zietra runs a crime organization from the palace, and enjoys the spoils of her organization. Zietra spends a lot of the time just enjoying the surroundings of the palace and personal musicians as well as a personal chef who has been serving her for most of the last 200 years.
